Senior Activities Coordinator / Activities Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resort activities team — schedule, brief, and develop coordinators
• Design weekly activities calendar aligned with resort theme and guest demographics
• Coordinate with entertainment department on evening programming
• Manage activity equipment, budget, and supply procurement
• Handle VIP and group special event programming
• Train new activities coordinators on hosting technique and resort standards
• Report activity participation rates to hotel management

Requirements

• 3–5 years resort activities experience including team leadership
• Leadership capability for activities team management
• Creative programming skill — weekly calendar design
• Excellent English and Spanish
• High energy and professional presentation
