Work environment
Colonial boutique hotel activities coordination in Mérida. The programming portfolio — Mayan ruins, cenote swimming, flamingo watching, colonial haciendas — is one of the most culturally rich in Mexico.
About the role
The guide to the Mayan world's capital. A Mérida guest who asked the activities coordinator for help planning their week — and received a 5-day itinerary with a dawn Chichén Itzá visit, a cenote circuit, a Celestún flamingo reserve sunset, a hacienda cooking class, and a Mérida street food night tour — has been given access to the Yucatán Peninsula's extraordinary depth. That transformation of a hotel stay into a genuine cultural immersion is the coordinator's specific value.
