Activities & Guest Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Curate and coordinate hotel guest experience programming — cultural walks, cooking classes, market tours, mezcal tastings, museum visits, neighborhood food tours
• Partner with CDMX cultural operators, chefs, and guides to offer in-hotel and city-based experiences
• Promote experiences to guests on arrival and throughout stay
• Handle bookings, logistics, and guest communication for all activities
• Coordinate with concierge and front desk on guest preferences and special requests
• Design seasonal programming aligned with Mexico City's cultural calendar — Day of the Dead, Independence Day, culinary festivals
• Manage activities budget and operator relationships

Requirements

• 2–4 years hospitality or cultural tourism experience
• Deep Mexico City knowledge — colonias, cultural venues, culinary scene, art and history
• Excellent English — CDMX hotel activities serve a heavily international guest base
• Creative programming ability — CDMX's cultural depth allows an exceptional experience portfolio
• Genuine passion for the city and its culture
