Work environment
Boutique hotel mezcal and gastronomy programming in Oaxaca. Oaxacan cuisine and mezcal are internationally recognized — coordinating authentic, in-depth access to both is a privilege and a responsibility.
About the role
The gateway to the most celebrated food and spirits culture in Mexico. A guest who visited a mezcal palenque where the 70-year-old maestro mezcalero distilled the same espadin agave in the same clay pot still his grandfather built — and who then watched that mezcal poured into a jícara as the sun set over the Oaxacan valley — has experienced something that no bar in the world can replicate. The coordinator who made that visit possible gave them a memory that lasts a lifetime.
