Activities Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily resort activities — pool games, beach volleyball, cooking classes, salsa lessons, cenote tours, Mayan culture workshops
• Host and animate activities with energy and bilingual communication
• Coordinate eco-tour bookings — cenote excursions, Cobá ruins, Sian Ka'an, Cozumel snorkeling
• Adapt programming to Playa's European guest base — cultural activities often more popular than pool games
• Promote daily activities and weekly programming to guests
• Coordinate evening events — beach movie nights, Caribbean music evenings, themed dinners

Requirements

• 1–3 years resort activities or eco-tourism coordination experience
• Deep Riviera Maya knowledge — cenotes, ruins, ecological reserves
• Excellent English; European language (French, Italian, German) a significant advantage
• Natural enthusiasm for the destination's eco and cultural offer
• Physical fitness
