Work environment
Eco-resort or boutique hotel outdoor activities in Puerto Vallarta. The natural activity context — Banderas Bay, Marietas Islands, Sierra Madre jungle — makes this one of the most varied outdoor coordination roles in Mexico.
About the role
The advocate for Puerto Vallarta's natural world. The eco-activities coordinator who explains to a family that the Marietas Islands are a protected biosphere — that the blue-footed boobies nesting there are undisturbed because visitor numbers are limited — is giving guests a reason to care about where they are. That context transforms a snorkeling trip into a meaningful experience.
