Adventure & Nature Activities Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate adventure and nature activities — cenote diving and snorkeling, Sian Ka'an kayak and boat tours, Coba cycling and ruins visit, mangrove exploration
• Partner with vetted Tulum eco-tour operators for excursion bookings
• Brief guests on ecological context — Sian Ka'an Biosphere, cenote system, reef ecology
• Handle activity logistics, waivers, and transport coordination
• Promote eco-tourism and responsible natural experience practices

Requirements

• 1–3 years eco-tourism or adventure activities coordination
• Deep Tulum and Yucatán Peninsula natural knowledge
• Excellent English; European language helpful
• Personal eco-values alignment and outdoor enthusiasm
• First aid preferred

About the role

The connector to one of Mexico's great wilderness areas. Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve covers 528,000 hectares of jungle, mangrove, and Caribbean coast — it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that most visitors to Tulum never fully enter.
