Work environment
Boutique hotel adventure activities in Tulum. Coordinating cenote and biosphere experiences for guests who specifically sought out Tulum's natural world is one of the more purposeful activities coordination roles in Mexico.
About the role
The connector to one of Mexico's great wilderness areas. Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve covers 528,000 hectares of jungle, mangrove, and Caribbean coast — it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that most visitors to Tulum never fully enter. The activities coordinator who books a guest onto a boat tour deep into the biosphere — past manatee feeding zones, along ancient Mayan canals, into the silence of the Caribbean bush — has given them a Tulum that most visitors never reach.
