Wellness & Eco-Activities Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate Tulum guest activity programming — cenote swims, temazcal ceremonies, jungle yoga sessions, sound healing circles, cacao ceremonies, Mayan ruin sunrise visits, Sian Ka'an boat tours
• Partner with Tulum's wellness practitioners, shamanic guides, and eco-tour operators
• Personalize activity recommendations for each guest based on wellness goals and interests
• Manage activity bookings, scheduling, and logistics
• Brief guests on Mayan cultural context — archaeological sites, cenote significance, sacred practices
• Promote eco-tourism values through all programming
• Coordinate with eco-lodge management on special retreat and wellness package programming

Requirements

• 2–4 years wellness, eco-tourism, or activities coordination experience
• Genuine personal alignment with wellness, eco-tourism, and Mayan cultural interest
• Deep Tulum and Riviera Maya knowledge — cenotes, Sian Ka'an, archaeological sites, wellness providers
• Excellent English — Tulum's guest base is predominantly European and North American
• Calm, considered manner appropriate to Tulum's wellness context
