Resort Entertainment Performer

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly resort entertainment shows — dance performances, theatrical shows, themed evenings, cultural folklore presentations
• Participate in daily entertainment activities alongside activities team — poolside games, group entertainment, mini-shows
• Rehearse and prepare new shows under entertainment director guidance
• Perform in multiple show formats — Mexican folklore, Latin dance, international pop shows, theme nights
• Maintain high energy and professional performance quality across all shows
• Interact with guests during evening entertainment in a warm, professional manner

Requirements

• Performance experience — dance, theater, entertainment, or equivalent
• Strong dance ability — Cancún resort shows are choreography-focused
• High energy and natural stage presence
• Bilingual Spanish/English — guest interaction during shows
• Physical fitness for demanding performance schedule

The performer who hits their marks, sells their character, and has 300 guests applauding at the end — has contributed something to the vacation that the guest will describe when they get home.
