Kids Club Coordinator / Mini-Club Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kids club team of 2–6 animadores
• Design weekly children's programming calendar — age-appropriate, seasonally varied, aligned with resort themes
• Ensure child safety protocols are maintained across all team activities
• Coordinate with resort activities and entertainment on family programming
• Communicate with parents and hotel management on kids club operations
• Train new animadores on activity techniques and child safety protocols
• Manage kids club budget, supplies, and facility maintenance

Requirements

• 3–4 years kids club or children's programming experience including supervisory capacity
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage varied children's programming
• Leadership for small team management
• Excellent English
• First aid certification
• Professional communication with parents and resort management
