Kids Club Animador — Luxury Resort

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute premium children's programming for ages 4–12 — Baja-themed activities, ocean conservation education, desert nature crafts, cooking activities with resort chef involvement, treasure hunts across resort grounds
• Host and animate all children's activities with consistent warmth, energy, and professional polish
• Provide personalized attention — luxury family guests expect their children known by name
• Supervise children's safety to the highest standard — luxury property risk management
• Communicate professionally with UHNW parents on child activities and wellbeing
• Coordinate with resort team on family-wide luxury programming — family yacht excursions, private beach activities, children's dining experiences
• Maintain premium kids club facility and luxury craft supplies

Requirements

• 2–3 years kids club or children's programming experience
• Genuine warmth and skill with children across age range
• Impeccable professional presentation — luxury property standard
• Excellent English — Los Cabos family guests are predominantly North American
• Comfort with ultra-high-net-worth family guest interactions
• First aid certification
