Kids Club Coordinator — Luxury Resort

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury kids club team and programming
• Design Baja-themed children's curriculum — marine education, desert nature, Mexican cultural crafts
• Coordinate family luxury programming with resort departments — private family excursions, children's dining
• Maintain luxury facility and premium programming standard
• Train and develop animadores to luxury property standard
• Communicate with parents and resort management

Requirements

• 3–5 years kids club experience including supervisory capacity
• Programming design ability for luxury context
• Leadership and professional development of team
• Excellent English
• First aid certification
