Kids Club Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead kids club team and design weekly children's programming
• Incorporate Riviera Maya eco-themes — cenote system, Mayan culture, Caribbean reef
• Coordinate multilingual communication for European family guest base
• Train animadores on programming techniques and child safety
• Manage kids club facility and budget
• Coordinate with resort activities on family programming

Requirements

• 3–4 years kids club experience including supervisory capacity
• Programming design ability with Riviera Maya eco focus
• Excellent English; European language a significant advantage
• First aid certification
• Leadership for small team management
