Kids Club Animador — Eco-Lodge

Responsibilities

• Plan and run eco-themed children's activities — cenote education, jungle plant identification, Mayan culture crafts, ocean conservation art, natural material craft projects, sustainable living workshops
• Host all activities with genuine enthusiasm for both children and the natural world
• Lead small nature walks on eco-property grounds — identifying plants, birds, and insects native to the Yucatán
• Teach basic Mayan cultural concepts through age-appropriate crafts and stories
• Supervise children's safety in eco-lodge outdoor environment — swimming areas, jungle paths
• Communicate with eco-conscious parents who expect programming to match the destination's values
• Coordinate with eco-lodge activities team on family programming

Requirements

• Previous children's programming experience
• Genuine personal connection to eco-values, nature education, and sustainable living
• High energy with warmth and genuine curiosity about the natural world
• Excellent English — Tulum family guests are predominantly European and North American
• Comfort in outdoor jungle environment — eco kids clubs operate outdoors
• First aid or willingness to certify

Work environment
