Beach Club Attendant

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain beach club area — daybeds, cabanas, loungers, umbrellas, cleanliness throughout
• Welcome and seat guests — manage daybed and cabana assignments, coordinate VIP reservations
• Coordinate food and beverage service on the beach — liaise with F&B team, deliver orders to guests
• Assist with water sports equipment — paddleboard and kayak rental, launch coordination
• Monitor Pacific surf conditions and communicate safety information to guests — Los Cabos Pacific side has powerful surf
• Maintain beach club setup standards throughout the day

Requirements

• Beach environment awareness — Los Cabos has both calm Sea of Cortés and powerful Pacific surf sides
• Physical fitness for outdoor work in intense Baja sun
• Conversational English
• Previous beach club or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong guest service orientation
