Luxury Pool & Beach Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool and beach areas to ultra-luxury standards — immaculate setup, constant cleanliness, perfect lounge chair alignment
• Provide anticipatory service — replace towels before guests notice they are needed, refill water without being asked, anticipate sun position and adjust umbrellas proactively
• Manage cabana and daybed service for premium areas — cabana setup, food and beverage coordination, privacy maintenance
• Coordinate with F&B team on pool and beach drink and snack service
• Assist guests with water sport activities — kayak and paddleboard launch, water sport equipment
• Handle all guest requests with the composure and efficiency required for ultra-luxury clientele

Requirements

• Physical fitness for active outdoor work in Baja heat — Los Cabos summer temperatures reach 38°C+
• Previous luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Conversational English — Los Cabos pool guests are almost exclusively North American
• Polished, professional presentation
• Anticipatory service instinct — reading guest needs before they are expressed
