Work environment
Caribbean beachfront in Playa del Carmen. Working on the Riviera Maya's most social and vibrant beach — where the Caribbean is genuinely turquoise and the beach culture combines resort service with the energy of the adjacent Quinta Avenida — is a distinctive and enjoyable working environment.
About the role
The beach host for one of the Caribbean's most social resort towns. The Playa guest who arrives at the beach to find a friendly attendant who speaks enough Italian to make a Roman couple feel at home, who knows where the reef begins and which section has the best snorkeling, who recommends the right beach bar for sunset — has been given a genuinely local, personal beach experience that adds real value to the stay.
