Surf & Water Sports Instructor

Responsibilities

• Provide surf instruction at Los Cabos's Pacific surfing beaches
• Instruct paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling at resort beach club
• Ensure water safety for all activities — Pacific Los Cabos swells require experience
• Maintain all water sports equipment
• Coordinate with concierge on activity bookings
• Brief guests on Los Cabos water conditions — Pacific vs. Sea of Cortés differences

Requirements

• Surf instruction certification or demonstrated surf competency
• Water safety and lifeguard certification
• Knowledge of Los Cabos water conditions — Pacific surf, Sea of Cortés calmer water
• Physical fitness
• Excellent English
