Outdoor Sports & Adventure Instructor

Responsibilities

• Instruct and guide Tulum outdoor activities — SUP on Caribbean, cenote snorkeling, jungle hiking, kayaking in mangroves
• Ensure safety for all outdoor water and land activities
• Provide natural and cultural context during outdoor activities
• Coordinate activity schedules and guest bookings
• Maintain all outdoor sports equipment

Requirements

• Outdoor sports instruction experience — SUP, kayaking, snorkeling or equivalent
• Water safety certification
• English essential
• Personal eco-values and outdoor lifestyle
• First aid preferred
