Luxury Excursion Guide / Private Tour Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead private and small-group luxury excursions — ATV Baja desert tours, whale watching (Dec–Apr), Sea of Cortés snorkeling, private sailing, Todos Santos artisan town visits
• Provide Baja California Sur natural history and cultural context — desert ecology, Sea of Cortés marine environment, Baja wine country
• Coordinate Valle de Guadalupe wine country day trips — Baja's internationally recognized wine region
• Manage private tour logistics for UHNW guests — vehicles, scheduling, custom itineraries
• Conduct VIP level excursions with the composure and professionalism required for ultra-luxury guests
• Coordinate with resort concierge on private tour bookings

Requirements

• SECTUR guide certification
• Deep Los Cabos and Baja California Sur knowledge — desert, marine, cultural
• Excellent English — Los Cabos tour guests are almost exclusively North American
• Experience with luxury or private tour contexts
• Professional composure with ultra-high-net-worth guests
