Marine & Sport Fishing Guide

Responsibilities

• Guide sport fishing excursions on the Sea of Cortés — marlin, dorado, yellowfin tuna, yellowtail
• Provide Sea of Cortés marine ecology context throughout fishing trips
• Ensure safety and coordinate with captain on all sea operations
• Assist guests with fishing technique — beginner through experienced angler instruction
• Coordinate whale watching tours during season (Dec–Apr)
• Maintain fishing equipment and guest safety gear

Requirements

• Sport fishing experience and knowledge of Los Cabos marine environment
• Water safety certification
• Physical fitness for full-day sea operations
• Excellent English
• Genuine passion for marine environment and sport fishing
