Cenote & Nature Guide

Responsibilities

• Lead cenote snorkeling and swimming tours with geological and ecological context
• Guide Caribbean reef snorkeling with marine species identification
• Lead Sian Ka'an Biosphere boat and kayak excursions
• Provide mangrove ecology and wildlife identification during tours
• Ensure water safety throughout all water-based activities
• Promote conservation values and responsible eco-tourism behavior

Requirements

• Water safety certification and strong swimming ability
• Deep cenote system and reef ecology knowledge
• Excellent English; European language helpful
• Eco-values alignment — Playa's nature tour market is conservation-conscious
• SECTUR guide certification or in progress
