Cenote & Wellness Tour Guide

Responsibilities

• Lead cenote swimming and snorkeling tours with geological, ecological, and Mayan spiritual context
• Integrate wellness programming into cenote experiences — breathwork, meditation, water ceremony elements
• Guide Caribbean reef and lagoon snorkeling — reef ecology, responsible marine behavior
• Lead bicycle or kayak-based eco-tours through Tulum jungle and mangroves
• Ensure low-impact behavior at all ecological sites — no sunscreen zones, minimal disturbance
• Coordinate with wellness hotels on programming for retreat and wellness guests

Requirements

• Water safety certification and strong swimming ability
• Knowledge of Tulum cenote system and Caribbean marine environment
• Excellent English
• Wellness orientation — yoga, breathwork, mindfulness background highly valued
• Genuine eco-alignment and experience with small-group intimate formats
