Work environment
Director of Finance at a CDMX five-star hotel or hotel group. Complete finance function leadership in Mexico's most SAT-active, most internationally scrutinized, and most professionally demanding hotel financial management environment.
About the role
The CDMX Director of Finance who receives the call from the SAT audit team requesting the hotel's fiscal records for the last 3 years — who has been preparing for this moment every month for those 3 years, whose CFDI archive is organized and complete, whose IVA declarations reconcile to the peso with the accounting records, whose ISR provision matches the fiscal advisor's calculations, whose staff knows exactly what to produce and in what format — who receives the final SAT audit resolution 90 days later with zero fiscal observations and zero penalties — has produced the financial compliance outcome that represents the most commercially valuable thing the finance function can deliver: the certainty that the property's fiscal past is clean and its fiscal future is secure. The SAT audit that ends with no observations is the result of 36 months of daily accounting precision. The CDMX Director of Finance who delivers this result has earned the property's deepest institutional trust.
