Work environment
HR coordinator at a CDMX five-star hotel. IMSS compliance management, competitive labor market recruitment, and employment documentation in Mexico City's largest and most complex hospitality employer context.
About the role
The CDMX HR coordinator who receives a STPS inspection visit without prior notice on a Wednesday morning — who welcomes the inspector, who presents the employment contract binders organized by department, who has the IMSS payment history accessible in 3 minutes, who produces the safety training records and the Distintivo H certification without being asked — who walks the inspector out 90 minutes later with no observations raised — has demonstrated the documentary precision that is the hotel's legal compliance defense. The STPS inspector who finds everything in order doesn't come back for 2 years. The one who finds a gap doesn't leave until it's resolved. The HR coordinator's daily documentation quality is the property's legal protection, processed one file at a time.
