Work environment
HR Director at a CDMX five-star hotel or hotel group. Full people strategy leadership, IMSS and labor law compliance at organizational level, NOM-035 management, and succession planning in Mexico City's most complex and professionally demanding hospitality HR environment.
About the role
The CDMX HR Director who presents the annual people strategy to the Board — who shows staff turnover at 28% against the industry benchmark of 45%, NOM-035 compliance audit passed with zero observations, and succession readiness for 85% of key management positions — who then presents the business case for the employer-of-choice investment program for the following year — is doing HR leadership in its complete commercial form. The Board that understands the revenue cost of 45% turnover versus 28% approves the HR investment. The HR Director who can make that argument in financial terms is the one who gets the budget, the authority, and the organization's long-term people management right.
