Responsibilities
- Manage the HR operations for a Puerto Vallarta resort hotel (150–600 employees): recruitment, onboarding, IMSS compliance, payroll support, and employee relations for a resort that operates year-round with seasonal volume peaks

About the role
The PVR HR generalist who manages the November seasonal hiring surge — who sources, interviews, and onboards 45 temporary positions for the December–April season in 6 weeks, who processes 45 IMSS altas without a single error, who runs the 3-day new hire orientation and gets all 45 workers to their department heads trained and ready by December 1 — has delivered the staffing infrastructure that enables the property to run the most commercially important period of its year without operational gaps. The 45 temporary workers represent the property's ability to serve at full capacity from the first day of peak season. The HR generalist who delivers this on time, every year, is one of the property's most commercially critical functions.
