Work environment
IT support technician at a CDMX five-star hotel. Corporate traveler technology support including meeting room AV, mobile check-in, enterprise Wi-Fi, and seismic event IT protocol in Mexico City's most professionally demanding hotel technology support environment.
About the role
The CDMX hotel IT technician who sets up the boardroom at 7:30 AM for the 9:00 AM executive meeting — who connects the ClickShare, tests the Webex Rooms integration with the client's laptop, confirms the 4K display is presenting the correct resolution, verifies that the video conferencing audio is echo-free from all 12 seats, and leaves a laminated quick-start card on the table — who is available on radio if any technical issue arises during the meeting — who receives no call during the 3-hour meeting — has done the technical preparation work that the CEO of the multinational company hosting the meeting will never comment on, because everything worked exactly as expected. That invisibility is the standard.
