Work environment
IT systems architect and infrastructure manager at a CDMX luxury hotel group. Multi-property technology architecture leadership, cloud migration strategy, cybersecurity design, and innovation technology evaluation in Mexico City's most strategically complex hotel technology management context.
About the role
The CDMX hotel group IT architect who presents the 5-year technology strategy to the group's executive committee — who shows the on-premises-to-cloud migration roadmap (3-year timeline, MXN 28M total investment, 40% infrastructure cost reduction in year 4 and 5 post-migration), the cybersecurity architecture that will satisfy LFPDPPP compliance and reduce the group's cyber insurance premium by 22%, and the AI personalization pilot that will increase direct booking revenue by an estimated 8% through pre-arrival preference capture — who receives executive committee approval to begin phase 1 — has done the technology strategy work that translates infrastructure investment into commercial outcomes. The hotel group that approves this roadmap in 2026 will be operating the most commercially effective hotel technology platform in the CDMX market by 2030. The IT architect who designed it will have earned the result.
