Banquet Setup Crew

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms before events — tables, chairs, linen, place settings, centerpiece positioning
• Break down event spaces after events — same day turnaround often required
• Transport tables, chairs, and equipment across resort property
• Set up audiovisual staging, dance floors, and stage elements as directed
• Assist with outdoor beach and terrace event setup
• Manage event equipment inventory

Requirements

• Physical fitness — setup crew work involves lifting tables, chairs, and equipment
• Attention to detail in room layout and place setting positioning
• Reliability for pre-event morning calls (setup often starts before dawn for morning events)
• Team coordination
