Banquet Server

Responsibilities

• Execute plated and buffet service at GDL corporate and social events
• Set up and break down event spaces before and after events
• Serve multi-course business dinners and social celebrations
• Handle cocktail hour service
• Coordinate with banquet captain and kitchen team

Requirements

• 1–2 years service experience
• Professional appearance
• Physical stamina for long events
• Spanish primarily; English for international convention events
