Banquet Server

Responsibilities

• Execute luxury-standard plated and butler-passed service at resort events
• Set up and breakdown event spaces to ultra-luxury standard
• Serve multi-course event menus with precision timing
• Handle butler-passed cocktail service during reception hours
• Manage beverage service — premium wine, champagne, signature cocktails at events
• Maintain composure and luxury service manner throughout long event shifts
• Serve high-profile guests — corporate executives, celebrities, international dignitaries common in Los Cabos events

Requirements

• 2–3 years banquet or fine dining service experience
• Formal service technique — synchronized plating, silver service, butler-passed canapé service
• Excellent English
• Professional appearance and luxury service instincts
• Physical stamina for long outdoor and indoor event service in Baja conditions
