Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces to luxury resort standard
• Handle outdoor beach and terrace event setups — Los Cabos's outdoor events require weather monitoring and quick adaptation
• Transport and position luxury event furniture and equipment
• Assist with beach dinner setups — sand, wind, and tide all factor into outdoor setup planning
• Break down event spaces within tight turnaround windows
• Maintain event equipment in perfect condition

Requirements

• Physical fitness for outdoor event setup in Baja heat
• Reliability for early morning pre-event calls
• Attention to detail in luxury setup standards
• Adaptability for outdoor event conditions
