Banquet Server

Responsibilities

• Execute plated and buffet service at corporate and social events
• Set up and break down ballroom event spaces
• Serve multi-course corporate dinners with synchronized team service
• Handle cocktail reception service — passed canapés and drinks trays
• Serve diplomatic and government events with appropriate protocol awareness
• Coordinate with banquet captain and kitchen on service timing

Requirements

• 1–3 years banquet or restaurant service
• Professional appearance and composed manner
• English for international corporate events
• Ability to follow synchronized service protocols
