Responsibilities

• Set up and break down large ballroom event spaces
• Manage large-format furniture logistics — conference tables, banquet rounds, cocktail stations
• Execute same-day room turnarounds — converting breakfast setup to dinner gala in hours
• Maintain event equipment inventory
• Coordinate with AV and events teams on room layout

Requirements

• Physical fitness for heavy furniture logistics
