Banquet Server / Event Waiter

Responsibilities

• Serve plated or family-style dinners at wedding and event receptions
• Execute cocktail hour butler service — passed canapés, drinks trays
• Set up and break down intimate event spaces
• Handle beach and outdoor event service — Playa's beach events require adaptability to outdoor conditions
• Serve international guests at destination weddings with European and North American clientele
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and event coordinator

Requirements

• 1–2 years service experience; event experience a plus
• English essential for international wedding clientele
• Physical stamina and outdoor service adaptability
• Professional, warm manner for celebratory events
