Banquet Captain

Responsibilities

• Lead event service team for Puerto Vallarta resort events
• Brief and coordinate team before each event
• Manage synchronized service delivery
• Liaise with event coordinator, kitchen, and client
• Handle guest and client concerns during service
• Ensure service standards maintained throughout long events

Requirements

• 3–5 years banquet service with team leadership
• Strong English for international wedding clients
• Organizational ability and composure under event pressure
