Banquet Server / Wedding Service Waiter

Responsibilities

• Execute plated dinner service at weddings and corporate events
• Serve cocktail hour with butler-passed canapés and drinks trays
• Set up and break down event spaces including beach wedding venues
• Manage outdoor service in Puerto Vallarta's beach and hillside venue environments
• Serve international wedding guests — primarily American and Canadian
• Coordinate with event team on service timing

Requirements

• 1–2 years service experience
• English — essential for Puerto Vallarta's international wedding market
• Physical stamina for outdoor event service
• Professional, celebratory manner for wedding events
