Wedding Banquet Server

Responsibilities

• Serve destination wedding receptions in San Miguel's haciendas and colonial venues
• Execute formal multi-course plated service for international wedding guests
• Handle cocktail hour butler service in colonial courtyards and garden settings
• Serve premium wine, champagne, and signature cocktails throughout reception
• Coordinate synchronized service with captain and kitchen team
• Navigate colonial venue environments — uneven floors, courtyards, outdoor terraces

Requirements

• 2–3 years service experience; event service preferred
• Strong English — San Miguel wedding guests are overwhelmingly American and Canadian
• Professional, warm manner for celebratory event service
• Physical composure in colonial venue settings
