Barback

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders with restocking — ice, spirits, juices, garnishes, glassware
• Wash and organize bar glassware continuously during service
• Cut garnishes and prepare batch ingredients before service
• Keep bar station clean and organized during service
• Learn bar techniques while supporting the team

Requirements

• No experience required — excellent entry point into bartending
• Physical pace and stamina
• Eagerness to learn — most barbacks advance to bartender within 12–18 months
