Bartender — Resort Bar

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks at high volume
• Execute a-la-carte cocktail menu and classic cocktails
• Manage bar cleanliness and stock throughout shift
• Engage with guests at the bar — resort bartenders are relationship-builders as much as drink-makers
• Upsell premium spirits and cocktail upgrades
• Handle high-volume periods efficiently — resort pool bars serve hundreds of guests simultaneously

Requirements

• 2–3 years bartending experience
• Core cocktail knowledge — classics, tropical, Mexican spirits-based drinks
• English conversational — North American guests are the majority
• High energy, social personality
