Cocktail Bartender — Craft Bar

Responsibilities

• Create craft cocktails using premium Mexican spirits — tequila, mezcal, sotol, raicilla
• Develop seasonal cocktail menu with local ingredients
• Execute classic cocktail program to high standard
• Engage guests at bar with drink knowledge — menu storytelling
• Manage bar inventory and ordering
• Train junior bar staff

Requirements

• 3–5 years bartending experience with craft cocktail specialization
• Mexican spirits knowledge — tequila varieties, mezcal agave types
• Creative recipe development
• Guest engagement skills
