Bartender — Tequila Bar or Cocktail Bar

Responsibilities

• Execute tequila-focused cocktail program in Guadalajara bar
• Present and serve premium tequila selections — blanco, reposado, añejo, extra añejo
• Create Jalisco-inspired cocktails — palomas, margaritas with local citrus, tequila sours
• Conduct tequila tastings and education for bar guests
• Engage both Mexican and international guests with tequila knowledge
• Build relationships with local clientele — GDL's bar regulars are loyal

Requirements

• 2–4 years bartending experience
• Genuine tequila knowledge — in Jalisco, this is the foundation of professional credibility
• Social, engaging personality for bar-facing role
• English helpful for visiting tourists
