Barback

Responsibilities

• Restock bar continuously during service
• Prepare garnishes, juice batches, and ice stations
• Wash and organize premium bar glassware
• Keep bar pristine to luxury standard
• Learn luxury bartending craft with goal of advancing to bartender

Requirements

• No experience required but genuine bar interest
• Professional presentation — luxury resort standard applies to all staff
• English basics helpful
