Responsibilities

• Execute full cocktail and spirits program in luxury resort bar
• Prepare premium cocktails, tequila tastings, and specialty drinks
• Engage high-net-worth guests with confidence and warmth
• Manage premium bottle service and VIP bar requests
• Maintain immaculate bar presentation to luxury standards
• Upsell premium spirits — Los Cabos guests regularly order top-shelf tequila and mezcal

Requirements

• 3–5 years bartending experience
• Premium spirits knowledge — aged tequilas, artisanal mezcals, Baja wines
• Excellent English — Los Cabos guests are predominantly American
• Polished, composed professional manner
