Bartender — Rooftop or Sunset Bar

Responsibilities

• Operate rooftop or elevated bar during Los Cabos's famous sunset service
• Execute premium cocktail program timed for sunset peak
• Create Baja-inspired cocktails — Sea of Cortez salt, Baja wine cocktails, local citrus
• Manage high-volume sunset rush with composure
• Engage guests celebrating special occasions — Los Cabos sunset bars are a primary anniversary and honeymoon destination

Requirements

• 3–4 years bartending experience
• Creative cocktail ability with Baja ingredients
• Strong English
• Ability to manage volume during sunset rush
