Bartender — Swim-Up Bar

Responsibilities

• Operate resort swim-up bar serving pool guests
• Prepare cocktails, premium drinks, and fresh juices at high volume
• Build relationships with resort guests through extended daily pool contact
• Upsell premium spirits — Los Cabos guests regularly upgrade
• Maintain bar energy and social atmosphere throughout long pool service

Requirements

• 2–3 years bartending experience
• Strong English
• Social, high-energy personality — swim-up bar is the resort's social heart
• Physical comfort in pool environment
