Responsibilities

• Restock bar and prepare garnishes — including fresh habanero, Yucatecan citrus, local herbs
• Wash glassware and maintain bar organization
• Support bartenders during service
• Learn Yucatecan ingredient cocktail applications

• Physical pace in Mérida's heat
