Responsibilities

• Execute cocktail program using Yucatecan and Mexican spirits
• Create regional cocktails — habanero-infused mezcal cocktails, melipona honey sours, naranja agria margaritas
• Serve both Mexican domestic tourists and international visitors
• Present Yucatecan ingredient cocktail narrative to curious food tourists
• Manage bar stock and service in Mérida's heat

Requirements

• 2–3 years bartending experience
• Mexican spirits knowledge — tequila, mezcal
• Curiosity about Yucatecan local ingredients for cocktail applications
• English for international guests
