Bartender — Craft Cocktail Bar

Responsibilities

• Execute craft cocktail program using Mexican and international spirits
• Create seasonal cocktails using local ingredients — hoja santa, tamarindo, hibiscus, Mexican fruit
• Serve classic cocktail repertoire to high standard
• Engage guests with drink narrative — ingredient sourcing, technique explanation
• Manage bar inventory and mise en place
• Collaborate on menu development with bar management

Requirements

• 3–5 years bartending experience with craft cocktail focus
• Mexican spirits mastery — tequila, mezcal, raicilla, sotol
• Classic cocktail technique — proper shaking, stirring, dilution, ice management
• Guest engagement and storytelling ability
